Product Manager
Istanbul, TürkiyeFull-timeFounding role
Apply →Own the roadmap across Lens and Prism. You'll sit with enterprise brand teams, turn what they cannot see into shipped surfaces, and decide what we build next against what agents are actually doing to those brands.
What you’ll do
- Define and prioritise the roadmap across Lens and Prism, and say no in writing
- Run discovery with enterprise brand teams and turn it into specs engineering can build from
- Ship weekly with the team rather than handing off a document and waiting
- Use AI-first as your working method: synthesis of customer calls, first-pass specs, competitive teardowns and data pulls start with a model and end with your judgement
- Define the success metric for every surface before it ships, and kill what does not move it
- Shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market with the founders
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company
- Shipped data-heavy or analytics products where the number on screen had to be defensible
- Comfortable in technical conversations: APIs, structured data, LLM behaviour and its failure modes
- AI-first in practice, not in theory: models are already in your discovery, spec and analysis loop, and you can show what that changed
- Strong written communication, structured thinking and a bias toward action over process
Why us?
- You will not be handed a backlog and a deadline. What we build gets decided in front of enterprise customers, and you are in those calls from your first weeks, not reading a summary of them.
- The work ships. The team is small enough that nobody sits three approvals away from production, and the thing you finish this week is in front of a customer this week.
- Our users screenshot our dashboards for board decks. That is the standard the whole team works to, which is why craft here is part of the work rather than a phase bolted on at the end.
Software Engineer
Istanbul, TürkiyeFull-timeFounding role
Apply →Build the infrastructure under Lens and Prism: systems that query AI models at scale, a read model that answers a dashboard in milliseconds, and APIs that serve live product data to agents.
What you’ll do
- Design and build the backend behind Lens (agent monitoring) and Prism (structured commerce data)
- Build data pipelines that query multiple AI models, then make the results queryable at dashboard speed
- Develop APIs that serve live product, pricing and stock data to agents
- Own infrastructure decisions end to end: schema, queues, caching, deploys
- Work AI-first: models write the first draft, you own the design, the tests and what reaches production
- Work directly with founders and customers instead of through a ticket queue
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years building production systems you stayed on call for
- Strong backend skills in Go, Python or TypeScript, and the judgement to know when a query plan is the problem
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs and real-time data pipelines
- AI-first in practice, not in theory: coding agents are already in your daily loop, and you can say precisely where you let them run and where you do not
- Comfortable owning the full stack when it is needed, we are a small team

Customer Success Manager
Istanbul, TürkiyeFull-timeFounding role
Apply →Be the person enterprise brand teams call. You'll onboard them onto Lens and Prism, make the data part of how they run the week, and turn early pilots into renewals.
What you’ll do
- Onboard enterprise clients and take them through Lens and Prism setup to first insight
- Hold the relationships with CMOs, heads of digital and e-commerce leads
- Watch account health and act on churn risk before the renewal conversation, not during it
- Turn what customers tell you into product input the team can act on
- Build the playbooks, templates and reporting with AI-first workflows, so the second account costs a fraction of the first
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management or consulting at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients, and the confidence to present to a C-level room
- Analytical: comfortable in dashboards, and able to explain what a number means and what it does not
- AI-first in practice, not in theory: you already use models to prep reviews, summarise accounts and draft the follow-up, and you can show us how
- Self-starter who works well while the process is still being written

UX/UI Designer
Istanbul, TürkiyeFull-timeFounding role
Apply →Design the surfaces CMOs screenshot for board decks. You'll own the interface of Lens and Prism end to end, working in a design system that already exists, and take it from close enough to right.
What you’ll do
- Design product surfaces across Lens and Prism: dashboards, tables, filters, the reporting a brand team lives in
- Own and extend the design system rather than restyling around it, tokens, typography and components included
- Make dense data readable: hierarchy first, colour as meaning, empty and error states designed rather than left over
- Work in the browser with the engineers, in light and dark, until the built screen matches the intent
- Use AI-first in your process: exploration, copy drafts and variant generation start with a model, the direction and the judgement stay yours
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing B2B or data-heavy product interfaces, with a portfolio of real shipped screens
- Fluent with a design system: you extend components rather than inventing a new pattern per screen
- Strong typography and layout instincts, and taste that holds up next to Stripe or Linear
- AI-first in practice, not in theory: models are already part of how you explore and iterate, and you can show the before and after
- Comfortable enough in code to read a component and check the built result yourself

Sales Development Representative
Istanbul, TürkiyeFull-timeFounding role
Apply →Build the pipeline for Türkiye and the region. You'll reach the brands and retailers that agents already answer questions about, in Turkish and English, and book meetings that turn into pilots.
What you’ll do
- Build and prioritise target account lists across Turkish brands, retailers and marketplaces
- Run outbound over email, LinkedIn and phone, in Turkish and English
- Qualify inbound from the site, the playbooks and events, including Agent Ready Istanbul, then hand it over with clean context
- Build AI-assisted research and personalisation workflows so every touch is specific rather than templated
- Keep the CRM accurate and report conversion at each stage, so the team learns what works
What we’re looking for
- 1 to 3 years of outbound sales development at a B2B SaaS company, or clear evidence that you learn fast
- Native Turkish and professional English
- AI-first in practice, not in theory: LLMs already do your account research and your first drafts, and you can show us the setup
- Clear writing and a voice that holds its own in a conversation with a marketing director
- Persistence: you read 40 unanswered emails as data and change the approach
Why us?
- You will not be handed a logo list and wished luck. Our ICP, why we win and how we win are written down, tested on real deals, and yours on day one.
- Real equity and a commission plan built to reward closing. Your energy goes into customers, not into fighting internal process for approvals that should take a minute.
- A product team that treats your deals as input. When a client asks for something that decides a contract, it reaches the roadmap in days, not in some quarterly ritual.
