Own the product roadmap for Lens and Prism. You'll talk to enterprise brand teams daily, translate their pain into specs, and ship features that make AI agents work better for commerce.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap across Lens and Prism
- Run discovery with enterprise brand teams to identify high-impact opportunities
- Write specs, coordinate engineering sprints, and ship weekly
- Define success metrics and track product-market fit signals
- Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alongside the founders
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company
- Experience shipping data-heavy or analytics products
- Comfortable with technical concepts: APIs, structured data, LLMs
- Strong written communication and structured thinking
- Bias toward action over process
Founding Customer Success Manager
Be the primary point of contact for enterprise brand teams adopting Henneth. You'll onboard customers, drive adoption, and turn early pilots into long-term partnerships.
What you'll do
- Onboard enterprise clients and guide them through Lens and Prism setup
- Build and maintain relationships with CMOs, Heads of Digital, and e-commerce leads
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for the team
- Build playbooks, templates, and processes that scale as we grow
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience working with mid-to-large enterprise clients
- Strong communication skills, able to present to C-level stakeholders confidently
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards, data, and metrics
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Founding Software Engineer
Build the core infrastructure that powers Lens and Prism. You'll design systems that query AI models at scale, serve structured product data in real-time, and handle the complexity of enterprise integrations.
What you'll do
- Design and build the backend systems behind Lens (AI monitoring) and Prism (structured API)
- Build scalable data pipelines that query multiple AI models and process results
- Develop APIs that serve real-time product, pricing, and inventory data to AI agents
- Own infrastructure decisions: databases, queues, caching, deployment
- Work directly with founders and customers to iterate quickly on technical solutions
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
- Strong backend skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript at scale
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and real-time data pipelines
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering is a plus
- Comfortable owning the full stack when needed, we're a small team
Founding Solution Consultant
Bridge the gap between Henneth's platform and enterprise brand needs. You'll lead technical discovery, design implementation plans, and ensure clients extract maximum value from Lens and Prism.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery calls and product demos with enterprise prospects
- Design implementation architectures that connect Henneth to client systems
- Build proof-of-concept integrations and pilot scopes for new customers
- Create technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering to shape the product based on field insights
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in solution consulting, sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and data integrations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Comfortable with ambiguity, you'll help define the role as we grow
