Most access problems come from your company network or email security, not from Henneth. Here is how to get in, usually in under two minutes.
Henneth runs at app.henneth.ai. Some company networks have not seen our domain before and hold it back until their IT team allows it. The two issues below cover almost every case. If neither helps, write to us and we will get you in.
You may see a warning such as Your connection is not private or a code like NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. This is your company network inspecting traffic, not a problem with Henneth. The site is secure and valid on any open network.
Switch to a different network. A phone hotspot works well. Reconnect, then open app.henneth.ai again. This steps around the company filter that is holding the page.
Send your IT team the details under For your IT team below. Once Henneth is on their allowlist, the warning is gone for everyone at your company and does not return.
Invitations are sent to the email address your Henneth contact entered. If nothing shows up within a few minutes, work through these in order.
Look in your spam, junk, and quarantine folders. Search your inbox for henneth. Corporate email security often holds new senders for review.
Ask them to allow email from the henneth.ai domain, listed under For your IT team below. This releases the invitation and any future notifications.
Ask your Henneth contact to resend the invitation. On a call, they can also give you a direct sign-in link so you do not have to wait for email at all.
Henneth is a business application served over HTTPS through Cloudflare. To let your users sign in and receive invitations, please allow the following.

Add app.henneth.ai and clerk.henneth.ai to your inspection bypass list. Re-signing our certificate breaks the chain on devices that do not carry your inspection authority, which is what produces the NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID warning.
Allow messages from the henneth.ai domain so sign-in invitations are not quarantined. For the exact sending domain to add to your mail filter, write to [email protected] and we will send it.
Email [email protected] with a screenshot of what you see, or tell your Henneth contact. We respond quickly and will get you signed in.
